BUYING/PURCHASING/HEALTH GUARANTEE To reserve your future pet a minimum of $500-deposit is required. (All deposits are non refundable but, are transferable) Deposits must be received within 48 hours of verbal confirmation. (options: Western Union , Money gram(see rates as they apply)please remember that these methods of payment require fees that are not included in initial payment. Alternate options are money orders or cashiers check(must be sent no later than 2nd day air). NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR BUSINESS CHECKS are allowed for payment. All pups/dogs must be paid in full before they are picked up or shipped out. Payments on pups must be make no later than the 7th week of age. Health Guarantee's All Pups/Dogs are examined & cleared by a certified veterinarian. (Stackhouse uses Strongid (de-wormer) & Vanguard Plus 5 (inoculations/vaccinations) Pups are wormed starting in the 4th week. Inoculations are administered starting at 6 weeks. All animals are sent or picked up in the finest of health. StackHouse Guarantee: We honor a 1 year health guarantee on all pups/dog.( including any neurological, cardio or any displacia issues.) Pups or Dogs will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.(please remember proof of all issues diagnosed by a certified veterinarian must be returned with the animal along registration paperwork before guarantee is honored. NO EXCEPTIONS Shipping It is the responsibility of the buyer to make flight arrangements. Cost of transportation is also the responsibility of the buyer. Stackhouse uses two airlines. CONTINENTAL AIRLINES (954-359-7733) *Please note that Continental Airlines DOES NOT ship collect. Shipping costs must be pre-paid before transport occurs. DELTA AIRLINES (888-736-3738) *Delta Airlines DOES ship collect. All pups will be shipped out of Ft. Lauderdale airport ONLY. GROUND TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BY (PACK LEADER ANIMAL SERVICES) FEES VARY Buyer is responsible for purchase of crate/carrier on all dogs over 15 lbs. A $75-$90 cost may apply in addition to transportation fee. Registration papers are sent separate from pup/adult to decrease loss prevention unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. Ear Cropping can only be preformed on pups 8weeks and older prior to shipping. ADDITIONAL KENNELING Pups/Dogs that are not picked up or shipped by scheduled time will be charged a $100 per week kennel fee. If the pup/dog is not picked up after the 2nd week. The dog/pup will be posted up for resale. The previous owner will receive all cost minus deposit fee & kennels fee once the pup/dog is re sold.

 PUPPY CONTRACT

PUPPY HAS BEEN VET CHECKED AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO BE FREE OF GENETIC DEFECTS AND IS IN GOOD HEALTH. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE THEIR STATE LICENCED VET CHECK THE HEALTH OF THE PUPPY WITHIN 24 HOURS TO VERIFY THE PUP'S STATE OF HEALTH.
